As an EntrePass Partner, foreign founders that have received our endorsement will enjoy additional privileges and have their EntrePass applications prioritised. All criteria for EntrePass remain unchanged.Endorsed founders/ startups get to enjoy:
1.Expedited processing of the application, which reduces the timeline from an average of 8-10 weeks to 5-7 weeks
2.Assistance regarding the application processes with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
3.Support for privileges to bring in dependants

IS MY BUSINESS ELIGIBLE
The EntrePass is a work visa to support foreign founders in entering and establishing innovative and venture-backed startups in Singapore.
A company is considered venture-backed or owning innovative technologies if it has done any of the following:
- Raised funding from capital providers including government investment vehicle, venture capitalist, corporates, family offices or business angels.
- Developed, produced, or commercialised tech products, services, or platforms.
- Registered a patent with an approved national IP institution.
- Collaborated in an ongoing research with a research institution.

WHAT DOES THE INNOVATIVE CRITERIA REFER TO
Strong business network and good track record of starting highly scalable businesses
Applicants should demonstrate how business networks and track records directly complement/contribute to the applicants' business activities/ growth plans in Singapore.
Good track record of investing in and contributing to growth of successful businesses
Applicants should demonstrate how extraordinary achievements directly complement/contribute to the applicants’ business activities/growth plans in Singapore.
Extraordinary achievements in key areas of expertise
Applicants should share:
- names of key firms applicant has invested and mentored, support provided to scale them up, as well basic investment statistics of those firms.(e.g. investment stage, funding obtained, valuation)
- Pipeline of local companies identified for investment.
INELIGIBLE BUSINESS TYPES
The following businesses are not eligible for an EntrePass:
Coffee shops, hawker centres, food courts
Bars, night clubs, karaoke lounges
Foot reflexology, massage parlours
Acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, herbal dispensing businesses
Employment agencies
Geomancy business
We would like to attract global deep-tech entrepreneurs, innovators and investors. This includes founders building innovative & disruptive startups.
QUICKFACTS ABOUT ENTREPASS
At the date of the EntrePass application, entity must be incorporated as a private limited company with ACRA for less than six months
To hold at least 30% shareholding of the registered entity in Singapore by the end of the first year
Renew your pass every two years, subject to businesss pending and hiring requirements
Pass holder who meet the second renewal criteria may apply to bring your spouse/children into Singapore
Passholder will gain access to Singapore's vibrant local tech startup community, including networking, fundraising, and co-innovation opportunities
ENDORSEMENT BY ENTREPASS PARTNER
- As a Startup SG EntrePass Partner, foreign founders that have been endorsed will have their EntrePass applications prioritised by Enterprise Singapore.
- All criteria for EntrePass remains unchanged.
