1. We refer to Holista Colltech's announcement on 26th February 2021 made to the Australian Stock Exchange
2. We deny the allegations made against us in the announcement and find them to be defamatory.
3. A demand letter dated 8th March 2021 to Holista Colltech did not receive any response.
4. We have since commence legal proceedings against Holista Colltech to vindicate ourselves.
5. As the matter is now before the Court, we say no further.
